Years later, when my own children developed food allergies, I watched that joy fade at the table. I went back to those family recipes, reimagined them with safety in mind, and created 135 Southern Comfort, LLC. Every menu I design reflects my roots, my training, and my promise that every guest deserves food that feels both safe and soulful.
